Technical Service Mechanic

Key job responsibilities: 

• scheduled maintenance and emergency repair of the Company's equipment
• planning of maintenance in the production process
• improvement of the Company's production processes in terms of technical equipment
• preparation of the act to hand over equipment for repair and acceptance of equipment after repair
• monitoring of the work executed by the personnel of other departments related to maintenance and emergency repair of equipment
• control over the timely provision of spare parts and materials for maintenance, control over the consumption of spare parts and materials
• decentralized acquisition of materials and spare parts
• development and implementation of measures to save and reduce losses
• maintenance and control over the safe operation of technological equipment, devices, and tools.

Skills and expertise: 

• higher or secondary professional (technical) education
• intermediate level in Russian
• familiarity with the technology of preparation and maintenance of equipment
• familiarity with the technology of installation and dismantling of equipment
• familiarity with the methods to determine and control the wear of parts and mechanisms
• familiarity with the rules of the configuration and safe operation of pressure vessels
• at least 3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance.
