Top Management Assistant & Travel Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

•    Manage the calendar and schedule of the General Director and top managers
•    Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence for management
•    Organize internal and external meetings, including protocol and documentation
•    Assist in the organization of company events and activities
•    Coordinate business trips for employees (flight, hotel, and transfer arrangements)
•    Keeping minutes of meetings with the participation of the General Director
•    Draft letters, requests, and other documentation on behalf of management.

 

Skills:

•    Higher education
•    Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
•    Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability
•    Strong organizational and communication skills
•    Fluent in Azerbaijani and russian languages, English Upper-İntermediate.
