Top Manager's Assistant / Travel Coordinator

Key job responsibilities: 

  • Calendaring for the Managing Director and top managers;
  • Generation of reports requested by the Managing Director and top managers;
  • Preparation of documents to be signed by the Managing Director;
  • Arrangement of internal and external meetings;
  • Assistance in planning various events hosted by the Company;
  • Arrangement of business trips for the Company employees (booking of air tickets, hotel and transfer);
  • Budget management for business trips and delivery of needed analytical reports;
  • Minuting for the meetings involving the Managing Director;
  • Preparation of letters, requests and other documents as instructed by the management;
  • Participation in negotiations and business meetings


Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
  • Organizing abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office user


Skills and expertise:

  • Prioritization and task sequencing skills;
  • Ability to analyze routine management assignments;
