Software Engineer (WMS Engineer)

Key job responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the trouble-free service of application systems
• The rate and quality of processing user requests and solving user problems
• Execution of the correct operations (launching algorithms and monitoring their execution) in record-keeping systems to ensure the processes of picking and assembling customer orders in full compliance with the quantity and assortment
• Execution of the correct operations (launching algorithms and monitoring their execution) in record-keeping systems to ensure the process of storing goods, according to regulatory documents
• Performing operations on installation and adjustment of warehouse systems (Track&Trace, WMS)
• Problem solving in the use of warehouse systems and servicing equipment, including debugging
• Implementation of other target tasks assigned by the line manager in the course of operations.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in technical/engineering economic fields or secondary professional IT education
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Application Program Administrator
• Fluency in Russian, English (upper intermediate)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SQL
• Fundamental understanding of the merchandise flow in the warehouse
• Ability to work with databases, lots of numbers and information
• Comprehensive approach and analytical thinking.
