Sales Analyst/Coordinator

Key job responsibilities:

  • collection, processing and analysis of the data on sales and residual stock;
  • timely preparation and distribution of analysis reports on sales;
  • handling the accounting and information management sales support systems: analysis of the distribution channels, their coverage, monitoring the efficiency of field personnel, preparation and distribution of analysis reports;
  • setting monthly plans for the sales department employees;
  • summarizing the accomplishment of goals by the sales department;
  • preparation and delivering of the analysis-based presentations.

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • higher education (preferably in economics, finance)
  • at least 1 year of experience in the sales analysis (preferably in the field of international FMCG)

 

 Skills and expertise needed:

  • acquaintance with the distribution system, the system of relationships between market participants;
  • sales planning skills;
  • budgeting, methods of control and management of budget efficiency;
  • skills in business analysis of sales and distribution indicators;
  • skills in preparing and delivering presentations;
  • communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, leadership, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability).
