investigation and analysis of the main causes of quality deviations
support of customer and consumer complaint management process
active participation in quality research and risk assessment
analysis of the main causes of technological failures, losses of raw materials and packaging materials, as well as finished products and other quality problems. participation in the development of measures to prevent and eliminate them in the production process
conducting control audits in hygiene and sanitation of production lines immediately in advance of each start of production
ensuring compliance with quality and labor protection requirements, and informing managers about observations concerning food safety
ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, regulatory documentation, requirements related to food safety standards (including ISO and GFSI)
support of the implementation and compliance with all food safety and personal safety standards
Requirements for candidates:
Higher technical education (mechanics/chemistry/biology or food technology)
At least 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate position, preferably in the food industry
Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
Skills and expertise:
Fundamentals of general, inorganic, organic, analytic, and physical chemistry
Properties, purpose, and methods of preparation of growth medium, reagents, and disinfectants, as well as requirements for them
Working with statistics and process control tools
Experience of participating in continuous improvement programs
Experience with audit methods
Understanding food hygiene and safety standards and their impact on requirements for equipment, materials, and products
Advanced skills in MS Office
