Planning Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the process of mid and long-term sales and production plans forming
  • Leading the S&OP process of the Company and provides continuous improvement of S&OP
  • Managing the finished goods distribution process
  • Developing and implementing planning and logistics related policies and procedures



  • Education – University degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent education in business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian & English (upper-intermediate) languages
  • Ability to work with databases, with a large number of figures and information
  • Comfortable running budgets, business case development, and supply chain leadership exercises
  • Basic understanding of process optimization and risk analysis;
  • Outstanding research skills together with an in-depth knowledge of town planning processes
  • Solid project management skills with an ability to be flexible when required
  • Experienced in using planning software and data systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Strong sense of accountability
