Main responsibilities:
- Managing the process of mid and long-term sales and production plans forming
- Leading the S&OP process of the Company and provides continuous improvement of S&OP
- Managing the finished goods distribution process
- Developing and implementing planning and logistics related policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Education – University degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent education in business administration
- At least 3 years of experience
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian & English (upper-intermediate) languages
- Ability to work with databases, with a large number of figures and information
- Comfortable running budgets, business case development, and supply chain leadership exercises
- Basic understanding of process optimization and risk analysis;
- Outstanding research skills together with an in-depth knowledge of town planning processes
- Solid project management skills with an ability to be flexible when required
- Experienced in using planning software and data systems
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong sense of accountability
