Labor documentation specialist

Key job responsibilities:

  • Full-scale HR records management
  • Consulting employees on labor issues
  • Participation in the onboarding process
  • Dealing with the electronic state portal (e-gov.az and isb.az)
  • Dealing with state bodies in regards to labor legislation
  • Provision of the employees with migration support

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education (legal education is preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Operations Officer
  • A confident MS Office user, experience with ERP systems
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level
  • Analytical thinking

Skills and expertise:

  • the standards and unified forms of the HR records management
  • the rules and procedures for the HR records management
  • the forms and methods of the document execution control
  • the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan as applicable to the performance of official duties, including the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  • ethics in business communication
  • the procedure for establishing general labor experience and uninterrupted length of service
  • archive-keeping
  • the strictly accountable document preservation regulations, rules for registration, control, and preservation of work record books
