Illiquid Assets Sales and Procurement Specialist

Key job responsibilities:

  • Organization of the Company's procurement activities, holding a tender for the sale of illiquid assets
  • Search for the buyers of illiquid assets and their monitoring
  • Preparation of reports, handling primary documentation
  • Active search for the new clients: negotiate, sign long-term contracts
  • Constant market research and price development tracking
  • Interaction with suppliers and monitoring over joint arrangements (receiving information from suppliers on the purchasing prices and quality of goods with agreement on terms of delivery and payment)
  • Development and implementation of procurement cost reduction programs, etc.
  • Monitoring over order execution and product delivery, the entire cycle starting from conclusion till delivery
  • Claims management with suppliers
  • Monitoring over the availability of all relevant certificates of the purchased goods


Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education in economics
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supply/procurement
  • Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point)
