to supervise the work on conducting tender campaigns for the purchase of basic and auxiliary raw materials and materials, the promotional-trading equipment, POSM and materials for commodity promotion products, equipment, spare parts;
to supervise the work on the conclusion and execution of contracts with suppliers to provide the Company with basic and auxiliary raw materials and materials, trade and advertising equipment, POSM and materials for commodity promotion products, equipment, spare parts;
to control work with suppliers, ensure the development of partnerships with them;
to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the standard stocks and turnover periods, promptly propose their revision or adjustment to prevent production interruptions, as well as to minimize the Company's costs connected with inventory financing;
to organize control over the implementation of the procurement and supply plan for the fixed and auxiliary raw materials and materials, trade and advertising equipment, POSM and materials for commodity promotion products, equipment, spare parts;
to organize the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources, reduce costs.
to organize elimination of non-conformities identified during the audit, within the time frame specified in the audit report;
Management of employees who are subordinate according to the staff table;
Setting tasks for employees to ensure the implementation of approved plans, orders and instructions of management;
Conducting regular work on the development of employees, carrying out activities to increase staff motivation, planning the necessary measures for their development in the company, creating conditions for the development of continuity and exchange of knowledge;
Continuous improvement and maintenance of the professional level of the competencies necessary to perform work in this position;
Compliance with the principles of social partnership, prevention of violations of labor legislation in management with personnel, maintenance of social stability in the team;
Formation and control over the execution of the procurement budget and controlled indicators;
Provision of employees of the department with the necessary instructional and reference materials, programs, as well as inventory, equipment, office equipment, technical means, stationery and other necessary things;
Control over labor and performance discipline of subordinate employees;
Organization of development of regulatory documents of the Supply Department and control over their relevance;
Organization of timely familiarization of department personnel with the Company documentation regarding the activities of the Supply Unit;
Organization of participation of subordinates in drawing up long-term and current plans for the development of the Supply Department;
Control over the fulfillment by the employees of the Supply Department of the duties stipulated by the current regulatory documents of the Company;
Control over the correctness of spending the budget of the Supply Department;
Compliance with commercial secrets;
Compliance with internal labor regulations.
Requirements for candidates:
Higher education (preferably economic)
Knowledge of Azerbiajni, Russian, English - upper intermediate;
At least 5 years of experience in procurement in the FMCG field; as a manager in the same direction for 3 years
Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point)
