Fermentation and filtration unit operator

Main job responsibilities: 

  • Execution of a shift production task
  • Carry out and control the processes of wort reception, dosage (yeast, ferment), fermentation and postfermentation, filtration and stabilization, beer supply for bottling in accordance with the specification and established requirements.
  • Monitoring the technical condition of equipment, equipment washing processes to ensure high quality of the product.

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher or secondary technical education
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
  • Experience in the FMCG sector for at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience and knowledge of software management of production processes, skills and experience in working with production equipment.
