Key job responsibilities:
- Dealing with local brands of the Company, as well as a licensed brand of energy drinks
- Creation of marketing plans for brands
- Elaboration of projects to promote / support brands, creation of an activity timeline for each brand with further implementation
- Dealing with creative and digital agencies
- Elaboration of the innovative projects, launch of the new products
- Forecasting and following the dynamics of secondary sales
- Management of the brand budgets
- Monitoring of budgetary expenditures of the brands
- Analysis of the earning capacity and profitability of the brands
- Development and implementation of advertising and PR events
- Elaboration of advertising materials (POSM)
Requirements for candidates:
- higher education (preferably in marketing)
- at least 3 years of work experience in marketing in the international FMCG
Skills and expertise needed:
- basics of economics, including methods for calculating profit, profitability, and investment efficiency
- theory and practice of management
- methodology of market research, competitive environment and macroeconomic situation
- elaboration of long-term and short-term plans for the trade channels marketing
- principles of building distribution channels
- planning and implementation of different promotion techniques: for consumers, customers, sales teams
- budgeting, methods of control and management of budget efficiency
- skills in business analysis of sales and distribution indicators
- strategic planning of the development of sales channels and marketing activations to achieve agreed goals
- advanced level of investment and cross-functional project management
- communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, leadership, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability)
