Beer Production Shop Operator

Key job responsibilities:

• technical requirements for manufactured products and their production technology
• layout of equipment and control panels at the sections of the beer production shop
• process specifications
• types and properties of incoming raw materials and auxiliary supplies
• consumption rates for raw materials and auxiliary supplies
• methods of quality control for incoming raw materials and products, physical and chemical properties, and organoleptic properties of raw materials
• design and function of control and measuring devices
• purpose, design and function of the production equipment at the sections of the beer production shop, as well as the operating and maintenance rules
• workplace policies for pressurized devices
• regulatory technological documents for the performed key and supporting processes of the beer production shop
• brewing schedule, filtration plan

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher professional (technical) or secondary professional (technical) education
• More than 3 years of work experience
• Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani (intermediate level of technical English language)

Skills and expertise:

• Advanced MS Office user
• Aspirations for proficiency enhancement, self-improvement, career growth and development
• Stress resistance
